Program Highlights & Eligibility Requirements: - Families must provide proof the child is currently receiving Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC in order to be eligible to receive aT-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant(subject to available funding)
- Documentation will need to include the child's name and eligibility/issued dates (within the last 12 months or have a future expiration date)
- Grant funds are provided directly to approved families (to maintain confidentiality) via a restricted-use electronic debit card

To provide a more equitable and successful experience with the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant, we’ve implemented a 21-day application window beginning January 15, 2026, through February 4, 2026. Each day, the application will open at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Pacific Time) and close when the daily limit of 850 applications has been reached.
