Registration information

*Registration for the Spring 2023 Season is currently closed.*

To complete your child’s registration, please bring PRINTED COPIES of the following documents and payment to the registration event on the date and location found below:
 

Fees and Refunds:
  • *A mandatory $40 fundraiser fee is included in the cost of registration for each player. This fee is non-refundable at any time. One raffle booklet (40 tickets) will be issued per player when payment is received. Raffle tickets may be kept or sold by the receiver to whom they choose at a recommended price of $1.00. Raffle tickets are to be turned into the PALL Board Member on duty before winners are called mid-day on Opening Day. Raffle prizes can be picked up from the PALL Board Member same day. Winners may also contact [email protected] to arrange prize pick up.
  • *A $25 late fee will be issued per player after 8pm on February 18th, 2023.
  • *Refund requests must be made by April 1st, 2023. Refunds do NOT include the $40 fundraiser fee. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected].
