Board for Directors Needed

Princess Anne Little League has been operating for a long time now with the minimum of board positions filled to execute successful playing seasons.

Apologies for the dramatics...but this is serious. The situation is now DIRE.

Critical positions that were filled last year and recent years past are now vacant, leaving a LITERAL skeleton crew to operate our league. Unless PALL has at least the minimum help needed, our league will continue see previously well-run functions drop off.

We are asking every parent, POINT. BLANK. to volunteer in any capacity they can. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Running a local little league takes volunteers from the top level to organize everything from teams to city permits plus everything in between. If you have any skill that you think PALL could use PLEASE volunteer. All positions are open.

Some of the skills PALL could utilize ASAP and the board position they could translate to are:

Leadership or Management (Player Agent) (President)
Administrative (Secretary)
Accounting (Treasurer)
Mechanical (Field Maintenance)
Social Media Management (Info Officer)
Event Coordination (Auxiliary Coordinator)
Sponsorship Solicitation (Auxiliary Coordinator)
Volunteer organizer (Auxiliary Coordinator)
Kitchen Manager (Concession Coordinator)
Web Design (Info Officer)
Digital Marketing (Info Officer)
Human Resources or PII (Safety Officer)
